Notice regarding the change of the contents of cooperative alliance registration
a) Implementation order:
- Step 1: Within 15 days, as change the charter, the number of member cooperatives, members of Board of Directors, supervisory board, the cooperative alliance shall send a written notice to the cooperative alliance registration agency where it registered its head office.
- Step 2: Upon receiving the documents, the cooperative alliance registration agency:
+ Request the applicant to submit a valid copy of valid identity card or passport;
+ In case of being authorized, it is required to prepare the following papers: The service supply contract between the person establishing the cooperative alliance, the cooperative alliance and the organization providing services of submitting documents and receiving results; the recommendation letter of that organization for the individual to submit documents and receive results; or the authorization letter the individual to submit documents and receive results in accordance with law.
- Step 3: The cooperative alliance registration agency shall hand over the receipt upon receiving the notice and supplement into the cooperative alliance registration documents;

- Notice regarding the change of the contents of cooperative alliance registration;
- The General Meeting of Members’ Resolution or written decision by the Board of Directors on the change of the contents of cooperative alliance registration;
- Charter amended (in case of changing the charter of the cooperative alliance);
- List of member cooperatives after the change (in case of changing the number of member cooperatives);
- List of members of the Board of Directors, supervisory board after the change (in case of changing the members of the Board of Directors, supervisory board).

In accordance with the provisions of Clause 6, Article 2 and subparagraph b, Clause 2, Article 3 in Circular No. 02/2014/TT-BTC dated 02/01/2014 of the Ministry of Finance guiding charges and fees to be decided by people's Councils of provinces and Centrally-run cities.
