Re-issuance of Investment registration certificate

a) Implementation order:

- Step 1: Investor submits written request to be reissued the Investment registration certificate to the Department of Planning and Investment.

- Step 2: The Department of Planning and Investment reissue the Investment registration certificate within 05 working days from receipt of the written request of the investor.

b) Implementation method:

- Submit documents: directly at the Division of receiving and returning results (in the head office of the Department of Planning and Investment in Hung Yen province); or through the postal system.

- Receive results: directly at the Division of receiving and returning results (in the head office of the Department of Planning and Investment in Hung Yen province); or through the postal system.

c) Documents:

A written request for re-issue of Investment registration certificate (attached with the report on the project implementation to the present time, clearly stating the reason for reissue of Investment registration certificate).

d) Number of documents:

- 01 set (01 original set)

đ) Time limit for settlement:

Within 10 working days from receipt of request of the investor.

e) Implementing agency:

- Agency directly implementing administrative procedures: Department of Planning and Investment in Hung Yen province;

- Coordinating agency: relevant departments, lines.

g) Subjects implementing administrative procedures:

Investor (individual and organization) with request for re-issue of Investment registration certificate.

h) Results of administrative procedures:

Investment registration certificate (re-issued) under Form II.2 issued with Circular No. 16/2015/TT-BKHDT.

i) Fees:

None

k) Name of form, declaration:

- Report on the implementation of the project by the time of adjustment in accordance with Form I.8 issued with Circular No. 16/2015/TT-BKHDT.

l) Requirements and conditions for procedure implementation:

Investor with Investment registration certificate damaged or lost.

m) Legal basis of administrative procedures:

- Investment Law No. 67/2014/QH13 dated 26/11/2014;

- Decree No. 118/2015/ND-CP dated 12/11/2015 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of some articles of the Investment Law;

- Circular No. 16/2015/TT-BKHDT dated 18/11/2015 the Ministry of Planning and Investment providing the form of investment procedures and investment report in Vietnam.
