Revision of information on Investment registration certificate

a) Implementation order:

- Step 1: The investor submits the request for information revision to Investment Registration Agency.

-  Step 2: Department of Planning and Investment revises the information on the Investment registration certificate within 03 working days from receipt of the request of investor.

b) Implementation method:

- Submit documents: directly at the Division of receiving and returning results (in the head office of the Department of Planning and Investment in Hung Yen province); or through the postal system.

- Receive results: directly at the Division of receiving and returning results (in the head office of the Department of Planning and Investment in Hung Yen province); or through the postal system.

c) Documents:

- A written request for information revision of Investment registration certificate.

d) Number of documents:

- 01 set (01 original set)

đ) Time limit for settlement:

Within 03 working days from receipt of request of the investor.

e) Implementing agency:

- Agency directly implementing administrative procedures: Department of Planning and Investment in Hung Yen province;

- Coordinating agency: relevant departments, lines.

g) Subjects implementing administrative procedures:

Investor (individual and organization) issued Investment registration certificate and information on Investment registration certificate incorrect to information in the investment registration record.

h) Results of administrative procedures:

Investment registration certificate (information revision) under Form II.2 issued with Circular No. 16/2015/TT-BKHDT.

- Circular No. 16/2015/TT-BKHDT dated 18/11/2015 the Ministry of Planning and Investment providing the form of investment procedures and investment report in Vietnam.
