Notice regarding the capital contribution/ share purchase/ enterprise establishment of the cooperative alliance

a) Implementation order:

- Step 1: Within 15 days upon the capital contribution, share purchase, enterprise establishment, the cooperative alliance shall send a written notice to the cooperative alliance registration agency.

- Step 2: Upon receiving the documents, the cooperative alliance registration agency:

+ Request the applicant to submit a valid copy of valid identity card or passport;

+ In case of being authorized, it is required to prepare the following papers: The service supply contract between the person establishing the cooperative alliance, the cooperative alliance and the organization providing services of submitting documents and receiving results; the recommendation letter of that organization for the individual to submit documents and receive results; or the authorization letter the individual to submit documents and receive results in accordance with law.

- Step 3: The cooperative alliance registration agency shall hand over the receipt upon receiving the notice and supplement into the cooperative alliance registration documents;

In accordance with the provisions of Clause 6, Article 2 and subparagraph b, Clause 2, Article 3 in Circular No. 02/2014/TT-BTC dated 02/01/2014 of the Ministry of Finance guiding charges and fees to be decided by people's Councils of provinces and Centrally-run cities.
